So I've been lurking around here for a bit and finally mustered the balls to get a girls number.

Here's my report: I work at Hannaford supermarket as a shift leader and this HB7 transfered to our store in the bakery department a few months ago whom I would occasionally flirt with. I always kept strong eye contact and acted as my usual confident and upbeat self. She was only here for an internship and today was her last day. So on my break I saw her in the punch room and started talking to her about school and whatnot poking fun at her degree in baking (degree in being a wife.) So finally get the number close and told her were going on a date and getting married so she can cook me dinner. That's about it, my next goal is to get more numbers/dates to avoid oneitis. Thank you seddit for helping me find the courage to do this, it feels amazing. Any advice or criticism is much appreciated.

Edit: I reread what I wrote and I wasn't the one who introduced the idea of her making dinner. I should have been more clear. She was telling me about how she just wants to be a house wife and how good she would be at it, so I wasn't making these jokes out of the blue to be an asshole, it was all in context. I'm not the best story teller.
