From what I just read, I felt like you focused way too much on one aspect (kino), and neglected others that are just as important for attraction. I hope my assumption wasn't true, but in case it is, here are some issues you might want to consider. And, of course, feel free to disagree if something doesn't sound right - these are things that work for me, but perhaps not necessarily for others.

The most important thing I can tell you is that you should always value your interaction with her very highly. What does that mean? Look into her eyes and actually listen to what she says. Emphatize the shit out of her stories. Relate to your own stories that are relevant and ask genuine questions.
Let her talk at least as much as you do. If she is shy and doesn't talk a lot, handle the silence and wait, while still looking in her eyes. Look into her eyes all the time, even if it's awkward. Handle the pressure. It's OK if awkwardness ensues. Just laugh it off.
Let her know that you are attracted to her and want her, physically and verbally. Talk about it boldly and openly. Don't make excuses for wanting to see her, touching her or being close to her. Tell her she's hot/cute, and make sure you mean it.

And here are some other, more practical/logistic things that may help you open her up and initiate more kino. I read about these from various sources that I don't remember, but they work well for me and are solid parts of my dating routine.

Seating logistics: I don't prefer sitting across from someone I'm trying to seduce because it induces physical and psychological distance as well as preventing kino. That said, I usually sit across from her and just chat her up for a while before I ask her if I can sit next to her (if you don't feel good about it, you can make up an excuse, i.e. the noise level). On that note, I usually try to prevent taking girls to venues that have chairs with arm restraints.

If you prefer to be subtle, just ask her about non-sexual things like "What is your favorite place to be on Earth?" or "What is a very embarrassing moment of your life that you could remember?", until she asks the first sex-/romance-related question.
