As a short introduction, throughout high school I was always really shy, quiet, and depressed. I had three girlfriends all throughout high school; one of which I fell in love with and ended up broken hearted. I need to make some serious changes and improvements to myself. I figured what better time and place then college.

Throughout the first day of freshman orientation I walked around greeting as many people as I could muster up the courage to talk to and trying to spark up conversation (I need to work on my small talk.) As I walked around I saw one particular girl multiple times but I never found it convenient to go talk with her. Turns out that we had to go to the same place at one point, so I walk up and introduce myself. I invite her to sit next to me during the lecture and we have a fairly decent conversation. Afterwards, we grabbed some food to eat and I finally muster up the courage to #-close. The next day I text her telling her to join me for lunch. She flakes with some lame excuse. Whatever, I just go get my lunch and sit down next to a nice girl whom I have a great conversation with but don't #-close. Later that day I met a fun but not as attractive girl who #-closes me. Sweet! Next day, the same girl from the first day texts me asking to go to lunch. I couldn't make it. When I finally eat lunch later I approached another cute girl sitting with her mom. We all had a great conversation and I #-closed her.

So these are the results of my first few attempts at this and I'm looking to make much more improvement to my game. For now I'm just appreciating my small accomplishments.
