making progress. i stopped procrastinating with reading magic bullets and am currently absorbing the information. it seems very similar to the mystery method but less old school. i like it because it helps you create your own material, openings and routines to start off with.
this morning i was waiting for the bus. now, the stop has both a bench and a shelter. there was a girl sitting on the bench who seemed attractive, wearing sunglasses. we made eye contact and (this never happens in vancouver) she smiled at me! i returned the smile as best as i could and (this also never happens in vancouver) she said hi first!
i noticed an empty can of molson canadian near her feet, threw it away and quipped, "i guess the green message hasn't gotten to the suburbs yet." (for those who don't know, the city of vancouver has prided itself on environmental awareness, recycling, composting, etc, and i live in the suburbs). i was money and started a conversation that lasted 20 minutes. topics of note: working in retail, her job (i learned she works in a veterinary office), wigger high school kids.
things to note:
- i need converse better. i could tell that i started to draw at straws, especially at the end-i was talking about politics! i hope i can get some tips out of magic bullets.
- during an encounter with a woman, i can keep her attention if i don't care about the outcome. i didn't have visions of fucking her, maybe it was because her physical features weren't my type or maybe it's because i haven't been jacking off for weeks.
- i kept scratching and rubbing my nose during the conversation. this can't be good down the long run, it belies my lack of confidence.
- it is so tough to chat up women during the day in vancouver because people are so introverted. but i know that a pickup artist must be the exception to the rule. i can chat up people. i can get conversations going. i can demonstrate my value.
in closing:
i am beyond ecstatic! women find me interesting so i guess i have no more excuses to move forward and have sex with as many women as i desire. not my weight, not my boring life, nothing. let the game begin.
