I'll keep this short and sweet considering it isn't particularly exciting.

Went on Saturday with a friend of mine to go see another friend's band play at a local bar. While going up to get a drink a woman on the other side of the bar kept making hand gestures at me. After I got my drink I got up to her and asked if she was trying to get me to move. She laughed and said she was just trying to read my t-shirt. I chatted her up for a while and went back to my friend to watch the band some more. During their set break I took the opportunity to get the girl's number. My friend and I then went to a house party.

At the party I saw a girl I was attracted to being hit on (poorly) by one of my (very drunk) friends. I know how to recognize a damsel in distress when I see one, so I made my way over there and the drunk guy went elsewhere. She was really witty, so I grabbed her number. I sent her a text the next day saying it was nice to meet her and she responded by inviting me to join her on a pub crawl in Chicago.
