Last night, I went out solo and I wasn't expecting much from the night. I went to one of my usual bars, but it was a slow night and mostly dudes in the bar. I met up with some friends there and just decided to call it a guy's night out. I made two small approaches, but it was really just being friendly at the bar while I ordered drinks, rather than any interest or attempt to game.

Around midnight, I got a call from a girl I'd seen a couple times, though nothing physical had happened. She came out to the bar to meet me. At first, she seemed a little bored, but I knew it wasn't my job to entertain her and played pool with my friends. There was a fire show at the bar, which seemed to brighten her up a bit, then we sat down and had a good chat. I made sure to sit next to her and I was always kinoing her. I don't think there wasn't a time I wasn't touching her, usually on the legs, but also her arms, hands, neck and face.

We left and went to a quieter place for a couple beers. The place was pretty much empty except for us. We ended up staying out until 5 AM. We only live a couple blocks away from each other, so we took a taxi back to my apartment, holding hands the whole time. As far as I'm concerned, holding hands with a girl is at least a ticket to a K-close. We were standing outside my apartment, and she said she wanted "one more beer", but she wanted to drink it outside the convenience store.

I told her we could just grab a beer and drink it at my place, since we were already there. She resisted a bit, and I told her that I was tired, so I'm not going anywhere except my place. Eventually, I saw she wasn't going to take the bait and decided to call it a night and go for a K-close. Initially, all I got was a very tight-lipped, cold kiss. I didn't let it phase me. I used a little move I stumbled on the week before, when I went in for a kiss and got a turned cheek -- "That's it?" and went in for another kiss.

There was no resistance at all, and we ended up making out in the street for a good ten minutes. I tried one last time to get her to come back to my place, and she said "I can't go to your apartment with you, because... How do I say... You make me horny." This gave me a big laugh and I just told her it was the nicest thing anyone's ever said to me.

Now, for a frame, I'd met this girl maybe four times before, and aside from some rather tame kino, nothing physical had happened. The first couple times were before I found this sub-reddit. More recently, I'd gotten her back to my place, but as soon as we were close, she was extremely rigid and closed off physically, so I felt uncomfortable going for a kiss. This time, I took some of the skills I learned from this sub-reddit (mainly kino, but also some of the stuff about being more playful and mysterious with my conversation), and the girl's attitude was totally different.
