Well, FR here: A couple of days ago I saw a very attractive woman in one of my lectures, so I made a goal for myself to talk to her in the next lecture.Following the next lecture, I sat next to her. That's where anxiety hit me.I behaved normally, made 2-3 short comments to her as well I noticed that when I laughed she laughed as well (+1 point in my opinion). Yet, in my mind, I was overfilled with anxiety of what to say, how to introduce myself. etc.

Eventually, all of a sudden, I remembered this quote from the movie We Brought A Zoo: " You know, sometimes all you need is twenty seconds of insane courage. Just literally twenty seconds of just embarrassing bravery. And I promise you, something great will come of it"

So I just went for it, asked her a normal question and introduced myself with a handshake. I ended complementing her, and she received it well.

-The only thing I feel I need help on is building rapport before asking for a number and date if everything goes well. Could any of you give me some good pointers please?
