I love conventions, they combine partying with my nerdy interests. There are also a lot of cute women in cosplay. My problem is I am always afraid to approach them due to the hysteria created about creepy guys sexually harassing women at conventions. I really don't want to be that guy. I just feel like there is so much wasted potential when I go to these things because I hear they are hook up fests yet I've never even approached at one.
