When you see that stunned girl on the bus or standing next to you in line for a coffee or something.
Why is she stunned? Don't you mean stunning? Or did something happen to this girl? Like someone surprised her?
How would you open and try to figure out whether you want to escalate. I'm going to assume alot of quick wit would be needed, but how would you by pass that in general.
How would you open? Pay attention and get out of your head.
How do you figure out whether you want to escalate or not? Listen to the words coming out of her mouth and pay attention to her, in general, and you'll have access to all the information you'll need to make such a determination.
