I know this place generally preaches the value of using cold approaches to pick up women, but I am sure there are others like me who haven't gotten over their AA and are looking for a way to take baby steps into getting into real pickup. I had a friend recently push me into online dating a couple weeks ago and it has been going great so far. I've gone on dates with a dozen cute girls so far.

The best part is that it absolutely kills AA (because the approach is done online). But it lets me practice various pickup techniques kino, prolonged eye contact, knowing when to go in for the kiss, etc., with a girl I know who is already at least a little interested in me, making it a lot easier. In addition, since I am able to do this with beautiful women I have met online, it has made it easier to approach and interact with beautiful women I meet at bars (still don't have the balls for daygame).

If you are not really sure where to start ( I wasn't) or have started and your approach hasn't been working, my friend just released an e-book that he is currently giving away for free. My friend personally helped me setup my profile and I actually get messages from girls. I'm not sitting there with my thumb up my ass hoping that a girl will pick my message out of the hundreds of messages she gets from the other guys online. Anyways, here's the link.
