Hey guys, so when I came to college, people knew me as the guy who was making the jokes and not taking life so seriously. After pledging a fraternity, dealing with body image issues, and taking on other stressors in my life, I fell into a deep depression/anxiety stage that really took away all of my personality. After about 2.5 years, I am finally starting to see improvement in my life and starting to "find" myself. I'm realizing that some of the greatest joy in my life comes from making others laugh and not taking life so seriously. Since coming to college, I've just kinda adopted this douchebaggish, negative temperament and I'm really trying to make changes. I want to keep conversations light-hearted and make people feel comfortable around me again. Any have advice or steps to take to get that happy-go-lucky vibe back again? I've definitely seen improvement, but I was just wondering if there are any initiatives I could take to expedite the process. Thanks guys!
