you ended it abruptly yourself and I think she's a bit offended herself.

If you wanna call it out yourself, hit her up with something fun like 'damn oompa loompas keep making a mess'.

If not, hit her up talking about something else but keep it light and fun.

Whatever you do, wait a couple more days if it's been a while. If it's a matter of hours, resume the conversation like I told you to do in my first suggestion.

update: she says she was "busy at work" despite being on fb 3 times but she did type out full paragraphs also shes a junior and im a freshmen
