My thing is daygame, face to face, so I'm not a good advice for telecommunications game.
But in general. No girl should be important to you until she wins that place.
You should't ask how to fix a fucked interaction, but what to learn for the next girl.
Look, expect low "initial interest" from all girls. Attraction is not something to be negotiated, and is not something rational. You don't need to "convince her", you don't need to find a girl with "interest" in you.

You off to a bad start. The fact she’s responding could be good signs. Always try to set up a date within 4-7 texts.
You questioning why she texts slow is showing you’re always available. Which is needy. If she’s picked up on this you have made her interest even lower. You should back off for three days and contact again to try and set up date
