Well you may have gone in for the kiss too soon. So you would need to dial it back and work your way up again. On the upside, she now knows your intentions so if she accepts a second date its a really good sign.

Tough spot to be in honestly. I’ve been there before and thankfully it ended amicably. But to get it to work in your favor, your best bet is to play it slow and not force the issue. You don’t want her to feel uncomfortable. If she is down to out again, I would encourage you to take her out and see how she feels. I think the more you get to know her and what she is thinking, it will help you get a better sense of what she wants to do. Maybe this time it will be different (less confusing and more of a comfortable time for her) and she will lean in and return the kiss. Communication is key. Any lady will tell you that. Don’t be overconfident because that can come across as arrogant. You’ll be fine. Take it slow. If she is into you, it’ll work out.
