Hey Seddit, how are y'all doing today. I wanted your opinion on the subject of winging/wingmanship. I have been going out with this wing for a while now, and we have bonded to a certain degree but I still think that he can be sometimes hindering my own success. He doesn't seem to be having fun at night, and doesn't try to be social in general to everyone. He is not as committed to pick up, and I feel needs to work on his fundamentals, such as body language, voice, mindset, and other things. I do feel like having another person to talk to helps me in getting in a social mood, but I have gone out solo before and once I build that social momentum it's pretty easy for me to keep on going. Should I drop him as a wing or keep him on? He is still a friend regardless, but in matters of pick up at least, perhaps by association/osmosis I am taking on some of his beta qualities. Of course, I can try to ignore them and do my own thing, but it's still annoying to have to find him at the end of the night or be accountable for him.
