Congrats man! Definitely text this girl. Try to play it cool but not too cool, like give off the vibe that you don't really care if she likes you or not. Girls want dudes who are comfortable with themselves and can make them laugh.

The first text you send her should identify you and ideally make her laugh, like "Hey __, how are those _(whatever she bought) working out for ya?"

Play it casual at first. I wouldn't straight up ask her to come over for drinks unless y'all are trying to pregame before going out. Ask what her plans are for the night. Try to appear that you have a social life, like saying "all my friends are being losers and don't want to go out, but we should meet up!" or something like that. Once you meet up in person and things are going well, then you can slip in the fact that you've got a bottle of wine if she wants to kick it at your place (if you have wine, that is. you should always have some spare wine haha). I probably wouldn't add the "my roommates are out of town" part unless it comes up, kinda screams "hookup" to me, but don't lie if she asks.

But above all else be confident, be yourself, and if things don't work out this time, consider it practice and move on. Worst case scenario if things don't go well, she knows where you work and probably won't ever go there again. You've really got nothing to lose man, go get it!
