This is a repost from one of my earlier post but it applies to you just the same hope it helps :)

Talk about other girls with her, not in an f boy way or trying to seem cool, etc. If she likes you, she will give you some sort of hint of jealousy or interest in you.

What I do, and this is going to be hard in your case. Is be the flirt the guy who has a flirty personality. So flirting with all of the girls is just in my "character" not me hitting on them. And flirting has the same effect on them even if it's just again my "personality". key thing flirting with all of them hell even making sus jokes with the guys. Not just with the attractive ones, you got to stay congruent.

But in your case if you start flirting with everyone it would get weird, so be flirty with all the new girls who join the circle is my best advice. Also flirting and hitting on someone is not the same. Flirting is being indirect giving them hints you might like them and see them in a suggestive light. Hitting on someone is just that, being direct straight up saying they're attractive in a serious tone, ask them on a date, etc.
