Yeah sounds to me you need to set more realistic small goals. Before you even start to game more seriously, I would suggest you just set a goal of saying hello to 1 women each day. How many approaches you currently doing?. I would suggest build yourself up slowly, you got nothing to prove. I'd say for decent results, you should go out 3 - 4 times a week, 25 approaches each night. But don't start out doing that much, that is the key. Should aim to get there in six months to a year.
