Situation -Im 20 athletic male, tall -She looks about same age.. dime -I just moved to a new city and school.

My encounter -So i entered my appr. Complex gym, which is fairly small. Only two dozen or so various machines. And im the only one in there.

I decide on what sets im gona do that day and get through one set on a few machines, and then this bombshell walks in alone. Like this girl was a solid 10/10.

she went to the mirror corner put on some music and started doing stretches n stuff before she did her work out. Im finishing up my second set of everything and im just fucking astounded how hot she is. I have no idea how to approch this girl so i just keep on with my reps.

She proccesed to start doing squat jump things, and like bending over stetch things, super hot. I finish my 3rd set and then go over to the mirror corner aswell to do plank/pushups. She askes if id like to use the ground matt for my plank. Which i didnt realy need, i said no ty. But then I complimented her music that shes playing and say i realy like it. She says thnx and then we both continue to do our work out.

I go back to the machines and finish my forth set of everything and then come back to the mirror corner. Im getting pretty tired by then but try to get in some more plank/pushup. And so i could be near her again, mabey say something. And granted this is already taking me a good amount of courage to keep procceding to her. (Im new to the city, and still new to dating. Only had 2 longer relationship kinda deals before, Def not a causual dater yet.)

I was thinking of how to strike up a conversation and of how way out of my league this girl was.

-I guess i wasnt fast enough, being my norml introverted self, but then as im down in push up postion She packs up and leaves. She said bye have a nice day quickly, and i of course was like "ok, you two!"

---So reddit(s) how can i improve on be faster at making conversation?

I didnt want to be rude to her and interupt her work out, (or at least thats what my excuse was at the time) i just couldnt come up with something to say, or the courage.

Next time i see her now i want to approch her try to introduce my self, so if you guys have advice for that situation too. Much apprechiated =D

Ps-she was only there 15/20min
