alright well I got a problem/question, I was just wondering if anyone could tell me all these acronyms you guys use in this sub reddit or whatever you want to call it, also I have a few more questions :D

I like to flirt with girls, but I dont really know whats going on mostly.... Ill look the girls in the eyes, or just say something and either say it with my boner/mind or whatever, idk but one of my questions is, how do I know if a girl knows if I'm flirting with her? is me talking while aroused flirting? or is it just me :? I'm really confused on how this stuff goes on, I mostly flirt with the girls at my work, maybe to get to know them or just to get in their pantsies :D!, I usally ask them general questions and try to seem intrested, but I dont know how to tell if they are getting any of it in, because either way I'm getting arroused the whole time and it makes me happy when I do this. also what do if A girl gets close to me, like this one girl at work when I talk to her she will just come up to me and... like it seems likes she wants to kiss me? Idk she has these big wide open eyes and talks really cute, then I THInk she wants to play or push me or whatever, but she doesent and I wouldent know how to re-act because usually Ill just walk back a litte, also I really never kissed a girl and its ben awhile sence I had some real counter action or whatever, holding hands, text buddy, bonding, closeness, touching etc.... I'm a beta kinda, but I have total confidence... just not enough to seal a deal, or go in for a kiss, because I'm not that confident...
