I think your missing out on a great deal of background on the defining qualities that make a man. My recommendation is to read a book called "The way of men" by Jack Donovan. That would be a good beginning of your quest for self growth and accepting your masculine self in this femminized Western society. After understand the fundamentals you will realize why your assumptions to your own questions have no segnificant relevance to being a man.

A woman will never laugh at you. And in the rare case that a woman does, she would be so extremely rude or entitled that it would never be worth it even following up.

At the same time, stay within a safe range. If you’re a 5, to ask Beyoncé for her number would be ballsy, yes, but extremely inefficient.
