Hey guys,
I'm a long time lurker of this sub. I recently moved to college and I am having trouble moving things forward with girls. I'm very confident in myself and consider myself attractive. Because of this talking to pretty girls and getting numbers is relatively natural and easy. The problem I have is moving things forward. *Keep in mind I'm also not super clingy or anything major like that when texting.
This has happened about 3 times in the last month or so.

  1. I will get a girls number (Maybe kiss/makeout)
  2. We will set up a date pretty fast
  3. Nothing happens beyond this.
    From that point on there is usually a scheduling conflict. I try to reschedule but it doesn't really work. They don't text me first so if I do try to reach out again in makes me feel like i'm giving unwanted attention. Despite this I have tried after a few days on one occasion and been unsuccessful.
    I'm not sure if these girls just weren't that into me and I should keep trying with different girls, or if I'm somehow scaring them off. I wouldn't have thought so before, but am I maybe making myself too available by setting up a date quickly???
