I like a girl... But I can not ask her out because she was my classmate once ( she is a nice girl by the way) So all my friends and peers know her very well...

You have the wrong idea about "seduction." It's not like you're walking up and launching into being sexy or something ridiculous like that. Socializing is seduction. Chatting to an old lady at the grocery store requires the same core skill proficiencies that talking to this girl would.

Invite her out to join you in doing something. Like getting coffee, or going for a hike or whatever you're into.
