When you are buying stuff, go to the prettiest sales clerk, and when you are paying, ask her if it is busy in here today, often they'll talk to you for a bit.
Find the prettiest girl who works in the shop and ask her to help you find the stuff you want to buy, even if you don't need help to find it just ask, then while she is helping you, ask her how her day has been going, is it busy here today, stuff like that.
Do this and you'll start to realise that pretty girls are just normal people and it will be much easier to talk to girls you like. It also makes shopping much more fun too 🙂

I got over my fear of talking to women by talking to dancers in strip clubs. Yes, I had to pay them but it was probably less expensive than therapy. Once you get comfortable talking to half naked women sitting in lap you can talk to any woman.

Yeah you’ll probably just have to suffer through it a few more times before you can relax a bit. And if porn gives you anxiety try to stop watching it
How many times has it happened to you that you got the shake voice? If it’s only been once or twice I bet it’ll go away with more practice
