tl;dr: Need help escalating past makeouts at college parties.

I've been lurking Seddit for a while now and I've gotten to the point where nearly every night I go out (be it to a house party, frat party, etc...) I end up dancing with a girl which escalates to making out (as well as ass grabbing, boob grabbing, etc...). However, I feel like I am stalling. After I hint at escalating further (e.g to sex) I usually get a response such as: "I'll text you." or "Hold on, I have to find my friend." Has she lost interest at that point or what? Is my kino too forward? I just need a reminder / tips about where to go from there. Any advice would be very helpful!
