The alpha move would be to break up with her right now. Tell her that you can tell she's still into Alex, say you're not a chump, be a man about it, don't be some kicked puppy all broken hearted. It didn't work, move on. If she really was long term material she'll come back at you in a month or two.
I've been chumped on before, dumped the girl, didn't look back, reconnected yesterday, made out with her in the middle of the street, never gonna call her again.

Seddit has not turned you into an alpha male, not even close from what I'm reading. The moment you start thinking she's a long term material, your game will suffer. Girls love playing games. Guess what happens when you stop playing them? They stop playing, too.

I've heard loads of people post on here about their success with real relationships, not just hookups. I don't really think I've been turned into an alpha male, I've just learned to be myself around girls. Whether or whether not you agree that that's good, i've gotten the most popular girl I know in my bed, and i'm happy with the results. I didn't learn seduction to "play" girls. I learned it so that I could shed my inequalities and just have fun and not worry about what other people think, and to find girls that are right for me. Just as you guys have methods to get rid of AA and build confidence, I was just hoping that someone here could help me with trust issues.

I don't have a lot of experience with this kind of thing but i had a very similar experience, and if i had to guess is something did happen, there could be a lot of reasons for why she did or said what she said. If she was really over the thing with Alex, WHY on earth would she hang out ALONE with him, if she really cared to show you, she shoulda invited you along to see for yourself.
