So my first thought is that you say you're 6'3" and 235. Unless that's roughly 30 to 40 pounds of lean muscle with basically no body fat, you're overweight and you need to consider hitting the gym and eating less.

I'm 6'3" and weigh 195, for reference, and I'm barely at the "normal" weight for my height.

I used to be 245 and my standards were incredibly too high. I would regularly ask out girls who spent a lot of time on their fitness and constantly get rejected.

I'd go to r/fitness and r/bodybuilding and try to read up on the information they have over there. It's good shit.

Work on building your confidence and creating an instresting life. Girls (especially younger one) then tend to gravitate to the guys that do a lot of things going on, have a high social status and are highly confident in themselves.

Travel, get some hobbies and focus on your future. Exercise and work on grooming. Work on finding out what girls best respond to when flirting and peaking their interest in you.

Don’t use tinder as your main way to meet girls. Tinder is a confidence killer if you’re not in top %10 of guys. Since you’re 19 I recommend, parties, college events/group and concerts. Just go where people are always meeting up. Be friendly and talk to whoever.

Get in shape. Become an interesting person with some unique value of various sorts. Study and learn how to interact with women in general, and how to "game" in particular. Then do it. It's hard work. The lazy ones don't score. Don't be lazy. And DELETE YOUR DATING/HOOK UP APPS. Trash them. You want to meet and seduce women, get out in the field and do it. Nothing will inform you more than the field itself about what you need to work on.
