So i'm in college right now and last year I had this HB9 in one of my honor's classes and we hit it off fairly well, but nothing ever happened between us (mainly cuz we were both overwhelmed with coursework and couldn't afford another distraction). Yesterday when walking out of a building we walked right past each other and recognized each other just in time to give each other a smile before we were past each other.

So today I messaged her saying, "Hey there, did i see you by...? Cuz i'm pretty sure we walked right past each other without saying hi!" She responded, "yea! I shot you a smile though!" To which I said, "I thought so. That was the first time I've seen you this year though; what are you doing, avoiding me?" And she said, "noooo never! haha i guess our paths just don't cross as much anymore"

In the past we both have shown IoI's and I think that I could make this work so long as I don't frakk up. How do you guys think I should proceed?
