She already asked you to help her and she is ok with it happening at a private place, not a library etc. So she already feels comfortable with you which is great. But don't rush things, because the mindset is you are teaching her. Go slow, if she writes something down touch her arm and hand from time to time. If she doesn't shy away keep your hand on hers a bit longer (so it also becomes kind of obvious to her). Look how she reacts and escalate from there. Make some flirty jokes (teacher student relationship etc. Make something up). You need to find a good balance between going to quick and to slow. If she reacts positive to the jokes and touching just go for the kiss. I can't emphasis this enough, but if she reacts positive don't wait till she's about to leave your house. I would probably go for a timeframe like this: 0-15min small talk and teaching 15-20 minutes light touching 20-30 min more obvious touching, setting the mood laughing joking around after 30-40min go in for the kiss. And sit next to her! Not opposite

Set the mood. Make a playlist. If it's dark out then take out your light bulb and buy some candles. Make sure it's hot and stuffy in your room. If she is game you will know. Then just make the move.
