I’m 18 years old. What are some ways to assimilate, make new friends and meet women?

I have started by watching American television shows, making friends with my classmates and dorm mates and will join a fraternity or pick up an intramural sport soon. I speak fluent English and hit the gym when possible. I also watch my hygiene.

And I’m aiming for women of all races. I don’t care if she is White, Black, East Asian, Indian (US born and foreign born), Hispanic, Middle Eastern. I’m an Indian international student studying in the USA.
