Just go up to her like any other dude. Tell her her pencil is cool or something dumb with a smile on your face. Don't flat out hit on her just befriend her first and once you start noticing she likes you too, then slowly kino. Theres a thin line because woman are intricate as fuck with their emotions but be have the confidence in your self to give off the vibe of "Yeah I know what i said and i meant it". Idk what you weigh but visualize yourself weighing less and having some muscles... are you better looking and do you feel more confident? Then shut up and do it. You know damn well you'll have a better chance at getting laid.

If there's something you can do each and every day to improve your self confidence, self esteem, and your chances with your crush and you DONT do it, imagine how fucking depressed you'll be when you're 80 years old looking back at your life... I like the couch to 5K app. But make a playlist to listen to of songs that get you pumped. I listened to Kanye West songs - the ones about believing in yourself and following your dreams "champion" "stronger" "power" "touch the sky". You need to adjust your attitude to I'm fucking awesome and can do anything!" Regardless of your opinion of the guy, the music makes you feel good about yourself.
