Be flirty with her. Don't talk to her about the emotions you feel. You need to have an air of mystique around you. Invite her to chill with you and some friends. DO NOT invite her on some official date. When you're hanging out and you've been talking to her and laughing try to isolate her by some stupid excuse "hey let's go see the view from that area". Then you should really just go for the kiss and see her reaction. You shouldn't talk about relationships, she's the one that has to initiate that.
