I'm fairly confident in my ability to talk to strangers, as a relatively successful waiter I've certainly put in tons of face time.

Recently, I've been diving into the practices and methods behind building rapport, teasing, and kino/verbal escalation. Additionally, I just graduated college, looking for a job, losing weight, mental health is getting stronger...and I quit drinking. I'm struggling with going out by myself. I'm currently unable to drink (doctor's orders), and inexplicably I'm turning off the women in my life that I thought were showing interest (I'm sure there is a reason, but as yet I'm unaware).

Im at a loss right now guys. I have no reason to go into a bar, none of my buddies are trying to pick up women, and I feel like I should be getting out and practicing.

How should I try try again?
