try talking to multiple women so you don’t get to attached to one of them and you could care less if one leaves because you have more women to talk too.

Start talking to women that you aren't necessarily interested in, because you'll be more confident. The point is to get a lot of practice, and to make it a habit. Then, when you ARE interested in dating a woman, you'll be able to be natural and not so nervous. Talk to all sorts of women, about whatever comes to mind.

While this tip may not be specifically girls, I always liked VRchat for practicing just talking to people. It’s free to play and you don’t need a VRset to play but the whole “game” is club/bar scenarios where all there really is to do is talk to people. It’s low pressure that you can just hop around and chat and if things aren’t working you can just world hop and try again.

You may need to be in the game a bit to find some good worlds that don’t have a bunch of little kids running around screaming in it. I was a part of a “party world” for awhile that was real nice because people were around my age and they always had scheduled events to go check out. My advice pick like a Friday/Saturday night go to a couple of the “drinking worlds” and ask people what other worlds there are to see.

I would just use this as a tool to go up talk to people and practice starting conversations. You’ll probably make some friends and once you feel confident you could translate most of those skills to an IRL bar and start practicing more there.
