You need to just get comfortable talking to random strangers in general not just cute girls you’re interested in. The more comfortable you get the more your personality will shine through.

When you’re out doing errands and are in line for example start talking to the person in front of you. Just try to make small talk and maybe throw in a few jokes. You can only figure out the rhythm and vibe that works for you through trial and error.
