(Inb4 askseddit; it's a good idea theoretically, but this gets more views.)

So I mainly game girls I see on a regular basis, school, work, etc. What's some good advice to furthering my game?

I usually neg too much, and stay at a slightly-above basic level of kino.

I don't really look too deep into the science and schematics of pickup (maybe that's why I need help, who knows?) But the only set I've actually done well on is bringing a target home and making out on my bed for awhile. (Would've gone for the f-close, but that's another question.)
