Recently I had met up with a girl that i've known for a month. She I was invited to a little drinking party at her house where everyone had a date. During the drinking games, I teased her kissed her a little bit and tried to build up the emotions so when sex rolled around it would be great. I invited her to a party and as the night when one we were kissing and having an intimate conversation about our sexual past. I decide to go to the bathroom and when I come out I asked her if she wants to continue the conversation. She agreed but this time we go downstairs and the conversation gets deep. She tells meet that she's still in love with her ex and that she doesn't want to be in a relationship. I agree because we are different people and it would never work out. Then we start talking about the sex we've had, she confessed that she isn't into casual sex and for her to really enjoy it there has to be some sort of emotional connection.

I'm going to reiterate that we are completely different but the sex went down because we're both good looking. Is there anything I could have done to build a connection?
