How do you fix a crap attitude that comes from real experiences?

Advice is easy to listen to but hard to take...in the end you have to remember that what works for you will be different then others so don't get in the mindset that you've failed because you haven't slept with girls.

One big thing that stuck with me was that I wasn't approaching enough girls, even though in the past I thought I was. You need to get in the habit of approaching people not to try to bang every girl here and there, but to become comfortable being yourself. Coffee shops, grocery stores, the side walk... Approach anywhere, it doesn't have to be sexual all the time either!! I've met good friends that are girls, build a big social circle and you will always be around girls!

Don't let anyone make you feel like you're not up to their standards. Everyone gets one life for all we know, don't spend yours worrying about others. Lots of people I know have good looking gfs/wives but once upon a time, they were terrible with girls.

Focus on yourself! It's the most cliche advice but to be confident is sexy because you believe and work for yourself! You don't let not attracting girls make you sad. Go workout, do yoga, meetup.com, go to concerts by yourself (great way to hit on girls and get used to being rejected because there are so many!!), cooking lessons, mma, bike rides and runs, live a lifestyle that matches what you want in a girl. Have standards my friend, every girl could be into you but do you want to be into them?? Don't be despeate, you can be happy or you can be sad, simple as that, its easier said than done of course. Everybody goes through tough times, but you have to get back up. Do activities like the ones above and BOOM! No more worrying about girls. Be the best version of yourself
