I've got a date with a girl later tonight, and she texted me and mentioned that she is boating in central park. I'm Jealous - super jealous. I don't know what I'm Jealous of. I think the 'why' is that I imagine she is going with someone else. But I don't know any details, and we've only gone on 3 dates.

How do you deal with irrational feelings like this?

edit: to clarify, she hasn't canceled. She is just doing something beforehand. I'm bothered that I'm bothered about it...

Update: So, she was out rowing with another guy who liked her - a guy she had friend zoned. poor bastard took her out rowing in central park, then she ditched him and went out with me. F-closed.
