The reality is that that shit mindset is probably only contributing to your social woes. Diminishing your own value because of how interactions with them went, or how you think they will go, is highly detrimental to not only your self-esteem, but your 'game' as well.

First drop all the negative self-talk. In order to be present and aware in that social situation, which will be key to success, you must first be aware of that negativity. When you find yourself in that self-deprecating mindset, forgive yourself for whatever mistake you think you made, then remind yourself that the reality of the situation is much less dramatic than you're making it out to be. Ponder the actuality of the situation: they're comfortable around you and think highly enough of you that they're teasing you to show their interest. Do this every god damn time. If you continue to allow yourself to slip into that mindset, your inherent value will only diminish and the social ineptitude will plague your interactions.

Second, as for how to deal with teasing, I think the specific response depends on your personality and is specific to what your interactions with them have been previously. Response in kind is one option I use "Wow, I didn't realize you guys were bully's, give anyone wedgies today?" (Again this fits my goofy personality specifically). You can indicate your indifference to them by saying "You just ruined my life, I'm probably going to go home and cry now" (heavy, obvious sarcasm). The best option is join in with them, however, use it as proof of confidence. "Yeah I totally do dress like a real estate agent, shit, do you know somewhere I can buy sweats and a hockey jersey with pizza stains? I need to fit in more" etc...
