The same way you talk to random other people.

Start practicing by talking with randoms you don't have any sexual attraction or "goal" with. Just people waiting for the bus or in an elevator. Even something like a comment about the weather.

When you realize that the world didn't end and that even if you said something awkward it doesn't matter, do the same shit with a pretty girl.

I had a simular problem

Every weekend i have to travel home on the train (5 hours) i try to talk to at least one random person on every tripp (people i will never see again)

And i have to say it got realy better

(Complaininh about a delayd train is a perfeckt opener :D )

I just say hi and compliment them , ask a few questions, get her name and number and that's it. Works 99% of the time if I can sense she is open to talk. If your are giving off the wrong vibes though, a lot of them will be creeper out or more than usual. Like reading this sub everyday and not taking action is a losing road .
