Online:

Her: “You are not a serial killer, are you?”

You: “Depends, how many does it take to be serial?”

Her: Haha, never thought about it… 3”

You: “In that case no”

Pick up line:

You: “Didn’t we go to school together?”

Her: I don’t think so?

You: “Really? Because i’m sure we got chemistry now girl 😏”

Another way to try hard is to laugh at your own jokes, or trying to agree with everything she says or trying to earn her approval and earn points from her or her validation…

Her: “I like chocolate very much”

You proceed to buy her a box of chocolate just because she said she like it, not very smooth

You confess your deep feelings for her and ask her if she could be more than friends with you… Not smooth at all, you try to go from 0 to 100 skipping all the necessary steps (flirting, kino, kissing, sex, dating…), to get to the stage of commited relationship.

I would not spit compliments immediately. I'm an old dude. I can tell you this worked before social media. Now you have to more build your own self up instead of building her up. You can compliment but it has to we way on the DL and very casual or she'll flake.
