How to break off a conversation?

I hardly ever break it off with a “ goodbye” or “talk to you later” etc.. I usually just don’t respond after an idea has run its course. there’s always a natural ending in every text conversation. If you find yourself having to put effort into introducing a new topic or idea, that’s a good sign that you’ve hit a stopping point. You can choose to end it there if you want. I don’t think many people see it as being curt if you don’t respond after a natural lull in the conversation.

Don't think about how to end a conversation, just let it finish when you're bored talking to her. Pretty simple really. Yes you should be texting sparingly, but don't purposely cut the conversation short if it is actually an interesting conversation. I think the rule is more about matching her level of commitment, don't continue to invest when she's not investing back. But then once/if you hit a good enough level to get her out, do that asap rather than wasting more time texting.

I feel like people are over complicating simple things.
