I have a bad habit. Generally when I meet a woman or like a woman I know, I have a tendency to focus on her as clean, virtuous, etc. Like that I will be the one to bring out her dirty side. But then if that same woman expresses sexuality with some other guy, I get really butthurt, and I basically just consider her a whore.

I know this is unhealthy, and downright misogynistic. Women are sexual creatures just like men are, and I shouldn't take it so personal when they express their sexuality with someone else, because I would do the same thing if the roles were reversed.

So how do I reframe this in my mind so that it doesn't become destructive? I was sort of just operating from the base that all women have a whore side and roll with it, instead having a bullshit idealized imagine in my head that is going to get shattered.
