You can flirt back with body language, facial expressions and short sentences that elude to later, that lets her know you’re game, example

At dinner

Her: I’m so full, I don’t know if I can fit anything else in my mouth tonight

You

❌: Well I’ve got something I’ve been thinking about putting in your mouth

✅: .pause well let’s see if you still feel so strongly about that later

Eluding to later or being alone is always the safest option/ chain of thought

How do girls handle a compliment? Either accept or ignore it; you can do the same. Just own it dude. You could also accept it in a playful manner, i.e. be cocky or make the compliment into something ludicrous.

IMHO don't reject the compliment/imply the opposite, I think this is a bit more unattractive due to it implying the frame that you're not internally confident.
