I find it hard to make conversations interesting/fun with girls (with whom I'd also like to flirt) but this problem also extends to guys (I'm not gay but I like making new friends too).

I can easily lead a conversation as I have a shit load of questions to get to know them, but it seems sometimes that I go into interview mode and the person I'm speaking with loses interest as the conversation is totally boring, if I'm being honest. The conversation is plain dull, I can't make them laugh or flirt if it's a girl - this is the impression I have.

On top of that, I have the feeling that I don't contribute to the conversation in any way even though I consider myself to be somewhat interesting (backpacked around south america alone recently for 3 months, speak 4 languages, lived in 4 different countries, have two nationalities, going to become a lawyer, am a pianist since I'm a kid). I know some of these characteristics are probably not interesting but just to give some context on the kind of person that I am.

Do you understand what I mean? I have no problem meeting new people but have trouble making an impact on them, making the interaction memorable even if it's just to make a new friend.
