I like it. One question: What is the difference between rule 2 and 3? It doesnt matter if she's not interested seems to be the sumary. Also like these phrases: infinite choice, unspoken boundaries.

my take on this issue....Instead of saying "women communicate through emotion" (which is a very interesting idea) look at it this way: Women dont communicate unless they believe you are emotionally in spirit with them. For instance if she's having a good time having fun, dont bring up serious relationship talk. If she's wanting to have a serious relationship talk, dont make jokes. Its pretty simple, but its something that guys overlook. WOmen can get really pissed off if you try to change the em…

Carry those little alcohol pads with you in your car. They sell them for like 100 for a dollar, no kidding. YOu tear open the packet and they are in there. It is real good at cleaning up the smell, alcohol is supposed to be the best because it kills that particular bacteria in your sweat. I dunno but it seems to work.

they respond well when you indicate to them that you are on the same page as them EMOTIONALLY. They are sad and you sympathize they like that. They are having fun and you reflect that. ITs pretty basic and risks being over generalizing. But its a useful thought.

pretty much agree, with this. To add to it: girls are more emotional than guys and they tend to talk more. They definitely tend to talk about emotions and thoughts right off the top of their head. This leads to the wrong impression. for instance at this moment, they just want to be friends; does that make them a game player? or seeking validation? They're just not feeling it at the moment and are saying that. men are usually that in open about expressing emotions. some girls can give insults rig…

this is the kind of post I really love on reddit cause its really well thought out and it will probably never get much attention cause not everybody will see the pt. A lot of people who are really good at doing something are not very good at explaining it to others. Whereas people who had to work at something might teach it better.

yeah I agree with all that. I have heard its said another way; "WOmen communicate by emotions." I dunno if that is true. But i would say this: "women are not ready to communicate with you until you show that you are on the same emotional level with them."

I tend to agree. I was thinking about this after I wrote it about why people really dont mention this. And of course no one wants to tell women that they are emotional creatures. I mean, somewhat moreso than men, and just generally speaking. But it often drives the dynamic between the sexes; women expect men to be there to lean on, they tend to feel weird if the man appears to be weak, etc.

exactly. Its what people THINK they want in a boy friend or girlfriend and they start going from there. What we really need in our life is often hard to express, or we dont really know it. Some people I had great times with and I didnt even realize, but later on a I realized they were open minded or they had good emotional control, or they were easy to talk to or honest... But I didnt go out looking for stuff like that.

on the second part: the thing is, if you go out with the specific intention of finding someone you may indeed find someone for all the wrong reasons. THey look like wife material, or the guy has a good job, or she has big boobs or whatever. And you are already programmed to get married or settle down or whatever. So you find what you think you WANT and then you stay with that. BUt the things that we really value, you cant just go outand pick them out. Like long talks, or humor or whatever you li…

this is a pretty damn good post. The part about emotions and reactions is where its at. The thing is most people here (men and women) dont really get this about women. Or if they do they dont actually point it out when peopel have questions about what happened on their date/relationship/etc.

I think you're on the right track, self awareness is Ok; but not when you first meet someone. It gets too deep and like some drama/tragedy movie or something. People like drama, but I think with women especially they only want that when they feel that. They want to be in that emotion first before you get all deep and serious on them. I mean I understand what randy said, you sound a little to self centered, but I think its too much to say ego. I think your just a little too focused on yourself. L…

dont call her out; and dont point to this self pitying thing (did I do something wrong?). Calling her out is just accusatory and people just tune that out; pointing out your own mistakes is way too intense for someone you barely know. Just say "how's it going?" just be aloof, if you really want to stay in there. NOthing wrong with hanging around a bit. At this point your only two options seem to be: keep in touch a little bit here and there and make no effort to escalate; or option 2) say nothin…

ok. None of that was made clear in your original post or subsequent. That's what led to some confusion on my part as well as that other guy. I sort of see what you are saying; but i dont feel it is at all necessary to state what my intentions are. for one thing I dont like to put pressure on someone that is not necessary. I think it is important to try to be the same emotional state as the girl and if you are all serious and she is not, it just leads to misunderstanding.

it seems to me you are trying to say that your opening line does not have to be your name/intent. Is that correct? That's the best I can do after reading your first post and the stuff you've written here. Your writing is not very clear in any of this. For example your last post says "Just state your intent..." Which sounds like you can start off with that. But I dont think you are saying that. Sorry if this comes across as mean, I am trying to understand what you are saying. Either I am missing …

probably the biggest thing I see that I disagree with is the default position that if a woman: bails on a date, or is somewhat uncertain then she is by nature: looking for attention, looking to use a man, looking for validation, etc There are girls and men like that of course, but from my experience the majority of it just stems from basic anxiety that women have. Men have anxiety too but they perhaps show it differently; maybe they work it out by chopping wood or doing something else. WOmen oft…

kissing seems like a direct conduit to fucking. those two are connected. its hard to just date a stranger, and Ive done that. Also if people are more into pickup then probably by nature you're going to be dating more strangers, so I guess that's how it goes. when I went on a formal date with someone I just met, and by "formal" meaning we set a time and went dancing or whatever; it was alway a bit stiff. pretty much my experience as well. There was a girl on these forums a few months ago telling about her experience with guys in the friendzone and she admitted she really hadnt dated much. Then I asked her how did she wind up with her boyfriends? And she admitted that pretty much all of them had started as friends she hung around with and pretty soon it just happened. It was funny because we had been talking about people being in the friendzone and stuff; and it turns out that's how they started.

are you going over the clit with your tongue while the hood is still in place over the clit? I would usually pull back the hood before doing that. or do you simply work your tongue inbetween the labia flaps to get at the clit?
/r/seduction04/04/16 03:26 PM

I'm decent at this but an always get better. In step 2, are you pulling the jeans off or what? what does pull them up mean? Like pull them up into her crotch or pull them off? in step 5, what exactly is meant by hood down? That flap of skin over the clit is in its normal position covering the clit? then how do you work around it? or do you? a little explanation here might help.

it seems that men are more into looks than women. Confident men can get by with many types of looks. That's the good news. The bad news is that women are into all sorts of things that you'd never be aware of. Like how you respond to children. Or how neat your clothes are. Or how you respect people. So they are different. Dont worry about your looks and try to read her and respond to that.

the even stranger thing for me is when I am in a committed relationship and suddenly women start popping out of the woodwork. That phenomenon is even more striking. I guess it has to do with the confidence one has when you have a partner you are really happy with. I guess it shows or something.

the guy who responded to me and said bitchier types respond to it was on the mark. One girl who really responded to this treatment: she couldnt get over how I was blowing it off. I think the girl will sort of set the boundaries on this as far as keeping your distance. If she likes it when you call then you can do that. If she seems worried you call too much, then let her do the calling. Or whatever it is. I dont think there's a formula for how much of this you can do, but it seems that the girl will let you know if you are coming on too strong. there's a lot of truth to what you say. I've done that myself one or two times and it appear to work for at least some girls. But here' the problem I found: it works on the wrong type of girls. At least not my type. I value sincerity, and girls who like to talk and intelligence. That sort of thing. I cant disagree with any of this. especially the last part about establishing kino. YOu really cannot at this point as that is what she's on guard against. The only different view pt I would offer is that you can remain friends and keep this person as a possibility later but only if: 1: you make no effort to get into her pants. I am sure a good personality helps but this study seems hopelessly flawed as all they ever do is show you a picture and then tell a personal story about the guy. ANY positive personal story about a guy is going to have some positive effect or so one would think. Suppose they told a story that the guy loves, cats and the other guy hates animals. Of course the guy that loves animals is going to get more attention. Or even a story about say, he grew up on a farm. Just something personal that is mor…

it was an interesting story, it went on for a while, but then the summary points were outstanding. On point 1, there is a lot more that can be said there. For one thing dont you think that you yourself are probably nervous if its a girl you really like and it hurts how we perceive things. Plus there's a million thoughts going through your head all of which lowers your ability to analyze things in cold logical way. no. 3 also feeds into this, if you hit on girls you are really attracted to there …

when you say "we kissed" without anything else, its usually obvious because the people have been named and its usually two. But if you are talking about 3 people and you say "we kissed" its going to be confusing. When you add a noun at the end, that is usually called a "direct object" of the sentence. It usually means the subject of the sentence (the "we" part) is doing something to the object. SO when you say "we have sex with B" We is the subject of the sentence, the thing that is doing the ac…

OH sorry I did not realize that. It was actually written pretty well otherwise so I would not have guessed that you were not fluent in English. You said: "We met up with her and her girl friend..." The only way to read this is that there was more than one of you, in other words it is not just you, it is you and some other people. the last time I read up on this the guy was saying maybe 1/8 of the girls in the room would be attracted to you. The real key is identifying (by body language etc.) which of those girls might be into you; or really into you. Because you are wasting your energy if you hit on girls that you are attracted to; you put your energy into the ones who already like your type. At least that's what he was saying. its a sort of abstract question; it all depends on the exact situation. sometimes this person might really rely on you so much you actually feel you need to be there for them. Sometimes you feel friendship is worth it. I wouldnt do it just because I have no game. you really need to be sincere about it if you agree to be a friend. Doing it because you have ulterior motive is probably only going to make you worse in the long run. You have to pretty aware of what is going on in the first place to e…

Right but can we stop calling every single, odd thing, a woman ever said right before sex: a shit test? Its not helpful. I. Some shit tests are very carefully thought out and really are designed to be sneaky. Often these are over texts or some long drawn out conversation where there is time to think about what the man is saying and some thought out response to it. II. Some are of them are just emotional eruptions and are not well thought out; usually you've touched a nerve in her and she respond…

just send a little text once a day, keep it short and maybe a little flirty. If she responds then sure, keep texting, if not then wait a day or two and maybe send another one. thats what I think. you might get a better idea where this is going as you interact with her.

do not put the ball in her court. That just tells them it is up to her. They dont want to do that, not usually. They want the man to plan it and take the lead. Just email and tell her you've got a day picked out. Wait for response if she cant then ask for another day or whatever just ask reddit what to do. You put the ball in her court and she will hesistate; women dont like to make that decision. They just dont. its biology or something but trust me they dont

I found it very hard to find much of substance here, it was mostly funny with what little insight in between the skits. I dont think it as complicated as he's trying to portray it. There are simple biological differences between the sexes that make it imperative for women to be choosy in their sex partners; essentially they have the final say in all this because they have to invest the most time in the event of pregnancy. is it any deeper than this? according to that ijjj whatever guy there are two options. it took me a long time to have female friends that I was attracted to not until my mid 40s. another guy I knew: JoeX. He wasnt really a douche bag but he was arrogant all the time, to men to girls he just talked down to people. He was not actually rude unless someone said something he didnt like then he got nasty. He was on the track team and had a surfer dude hair cut. So he was mainly a caricature, an image of a surfer guy with an attitude. He had a few guys who hung out with him, but they were also assholes. He wasnt very bright, he was not fun to be around. But he heavily invested …

I knew a guy like Brandon my freshman year. His best advice to the rest of us: "always keep doing something with your hands". that and "make sure you're clean down there." Just like Brandon he was good in his element and lacking when he was in an intellectual environment. Plus side: Good looks, tall/atheletic; superficially charming, fun attitude. Negative: not much for a heart to heart, not an Einstein. And I knew a guy like cross between Cyrus and DJ. He ran a club dedicated to parties, and si…

yes this is a serious and well thought out answer. Sometimes you can acknowledge her feelings: 'you're concerned I am a player, huh? Sometimes, you can take a guess at her mindset: "you've had issues with this in the past huh? Lots of ways to engage with people.

I disagree, he's pointing out the down side to having a canned joke response to everything. Yes sometimes it works, it all depends on the situation. You dont always run the football you dont always throw the bomb... Hes saying these kinds of remarks are all of one sort, they may work in a certain situation; they will not if the situation is different.

Do NOT HAVE CANNED RESPONSES. THIS WILL BACK FIRE. Girls more so than guys are often up/down emotionally. Rocking her boat emotionally is usually very bad. Therefore, the best response is to READ HER EMOTION/READ THE SITUATION. And respond appropriately. Humor is good sometimes. If you're in a club setting or casual and she's just testing then OK. SOmetimes she maybe really hurt: back off and apologize. It is more important to stay in the moment, read your girls emotions and try to react to that…

I agree with what this guy is saying. To take advice here, it is going to be more critical, they will say "man up" and stuff and expect you to be strong. So this is not a good place. YOu have to go to places where they will treat you more kindly. Such as therapists you mention. You have to find people to support you. You seem to have given up on them and that is bad. its more complicated than that. Lots of girls have emotions that fluctuate, as well as getting nervous and girl stuff like that. Lots of them. Lots of my dates involve driving like 1/2 an hour, so I usually will text or whatever if I am running late, or just let her know I am on time. Often the girl does the same. just to follow up; the reference to Botticelli is a bit odd. First thing that comes to mind, is that some of those renaissance painting show somewhat heavy women. For a girl whose very weight conscious that might not come as a compliment. Girls as well as guys can have very strong opinions about their body/figure. Many girls will be hurt or taken aback by saying anything that might imply overweight; e.g. buxom, thick boned, busty...None of those terms are bad but can be interpreted wrong. many g…

Moro's comment is spot on; the thing is pick up techniques have their place. Dating is a game because male and female do things just a bit differently and these things have to be kept in mind. But there comes a time when stuff like honesty, openness, loyalty etc. begin to become much more important then trying to heighten someone's interest. I think you're at that pt.

I mean in a more serious relationship. You know, you invest time and money in a girl and maybe it doesnt payoff...BUt then once someone falls in love with you, they can remain loyal, no matter who tries to seduce them, no matter how bad times are, etc. That sort of loyalty is also not totally logical but its a powerful thing when people fall in love. this also is a little devoid of reality. Plans change, people get sick, traffic jams occur, events get rained out. Is the astronomy event still on despite clouds? You cannot simply operate like this in an abstract way; reality intrudes onto your theory.

you are only seeing one side of this. The investment part. have you ever had someone who was incredibly loyal to you? Who'd take care of you in sickness and even when you fuck up? Despite there being no logical reason for her to stay? The unfairness of this goes both ways. Just like men, women often invest themselves in ways that is way beyond logical. It's often referred to as loyalty, faithfulness, bonding or whatever. Its very powerful. Men have it too of course, but doesnt change the point.
/r/seduction21/07/15 05:02 PM

this would be better if you could explain what the point is here. Either by an opening sentence or perhaps a summary. Also introducing the Chad character was confusing because not sure if he was the yoga mountain guy. He is, I guess, but still confusing. Explaining her motivations and emotions at different points in the story would have helped a lot.

this should be emphasized. Women biologically are just a little more up/down then men; if they werent they wouldnt value stability and control and none of the basic techniques here would mean much. Fact is they tend to be more emotional... Some of the best women I've ever been with were high strung, emotional. but they were also the most fun. Make her get frustrated until she finally gives in and tepidly enters an uneasy, relationship with you. After a long time, when she finally gets the courage to say she's found someone else who's more open and honest, then break down and confess everything. if all you want out of it is friendship then you should have open and honest communications just tell her what you said above. this is bizarre advice. Unlike men who rate every woman on HB scale from 1-10 women are not doing that. women look at men as: nice voice, good with kids, doesnt dress well, clean shaven, gets jealous, likes music etc. They are into balancing many things at the same time rather than rating people on a linear system. be yourself, but also have to see things from a womens prospective.

Go shopping or rather meet at the mall, have a coffee, buy the present, play some arcade games or whatever. The traditional movie/dinner stuff is usually better when you know someone and how they act and what they like. Sitting for two hours with someone you hardly know is not really making progress. dinner you can talk, but dinner comes across as a bit too formal. You sit across from one another for one thing; and again it is more of a planned thing. Its better to be in an informal situation, a…

I look at it from my perspective, do I only want chicks with 36D breasts? No. I like little breasts too. I like many body types, lot of smaller people are very well shaped. But large is interesting too. Healthy though is a bit different that has universal attraction. You can see it in someone's eyes, skin, and/or hair. But thats really mainly cardio. Everyone should do some cardio, and trunk exercises.

I work out all the time and used to be 15 lbs heavier. Really makes no difference, THis stuff about lifting is BS. Confidence, personality, how you handle yourself is much more important. Being healthy is good, but some girls like skinny. I know one who likes baldies; she will actually call them out as we drive down the road
/r/seduction21/06/15 04:15 PM

Girls will tell you that looks matter but only AFTER they are initially attracted to: confidence, kindness, intelligence, humor or something. So I agree w/ the above; dont get too wound up in looks. For guys yes, we are always rating women, who has the best legs, face etc. I do it all the time. It doesnt work the same for women.

stay in the moment helps a lot to find an oppurtunity. Once was with a girl who was pretty clear that it takes her awhile to warm up, but something dropped on the floor and I had a chance to tug her leg. It depends to some extent on the girl, but I definitely know a couple that as long as the looks are decent then they pass that test and want to know more. what is so bad about that? The entire PUA mentality is dedicated to guys thinking they are hot shit. Do you not see the hypocrisy in that? you really need to see how you are doing with the girl. Escalating kino is useful because you can tell from the girl how far you can push it. Kino is also a sexy way to communicate without words. Its quite interesting. So maybe get away from the idea that you need to escalate the convo to sex? or just make little jokes, depending on the girl and how she reacts. maintaining composure is always a good default action, girls always seem to pick up on it when guys get weak, clingy, etc. So that part was good. i usually like to think: stay in the moment and be yourself as two main priorities on dates. Of course sometimes you have to simply respond to the girl instead of being exactly yourself, sometimes you have to compromise on that sort of stuff.

in the old days you really could book a single and then bring friends back later. But nowadays I am not so sure. Because you know there are security cameras everywhere, and no decent company wants people bringing back more people, having parties, getting drunk etc. Security is tighter everywhere you go these days. You'd have to really scope out the place, ask some people, perhaps online, note some motels are seedier than others, etc. B and Bs tend to be expensive; and they are located usually in…

ok you want sex and you want someone you like. So the other person does matter in all this. I'm going to disagree with some of the other posts. WHy not at least talk to her a little about her religious beliefs? Can you talk about something on a deep level like that? you make it sound like she's set in her ways, but you dont really know that. I also find it strange that other people here are willing to write her off on the basis of: something someone wrote on the internet, w/o any context, coming…

is it cause they are married that they are flaking? Or does it not matter there?

which still doesnt answer the question: do you want her for sex or do you see a future with her? Not sure why this is hard to answer but what do I know?? I mean look how disconnected your statements are: "I liked her...." "Im sexually active." These statements are not mutually exclusive. But maybe they are in your mind, or maybe not. I dont know. The statements arent even in the same sentence that's how disconnected they are.

do you care about this girl in any way other than strictly for sex? Cause I read the story a couple of times and I dont see any indication of what your feeling here. Can you help me out?

on the other hand, the more you study cultures the more you find that deep down people are the same everywhere. We all want sex, some of us want love, some of us get into abusive relationships etc. Sometimes its better to keep that in mind than to rationalize that these people are different. On the other hand, yeah I am sure they have some different ways to do things. Maybe sex friend does the same thing as FB here, or maybe it is more like a Geisha I dont know. Does it help to open up to these …

I think that makes sense, the only thing I am thinking is that you might be sending mixed messages so the girl is not sure which type of relationship you are into. Also, Is that kind of thing (FB) looked down upon in that culture? I think the other guy is right though, that texting is good for setting up dates, like when and where, not so much for emotional responses. Or if you already have someone thats into you you can talk about real stuff. Face to face stuff is more real, is what I am saying…

yeah I am sure they have their own particular weird stuff they do. Its hard to give advice just based on what you're saying, one could guess that you come across as a player when you do one on one talk. But that's only a guess. I was particularly struck by the fact that you dont know if you want a FB or something more. Myself I end up falling for one girl at a time and cannot do the FB route. Are you really not sure what you are looking for? Maybe that part is coming across to the girls? That yo…

entire subreddit dedicated to being a player. Turns out girl maybe a player too: time to be unavailable. I love it.

probably that was the best approach. I can see myself overthinking this, and wondering when to... Did she ever tell what she would have done if you didnt respond to that? Would she have sent you another txt?

this was awesome and sounds really authentic. how did you decide on waiting an hour to txt after she teased you? That to me would be the hardest decision. How long to wait. Whether to txt at all.

I love this girl. She didnt give in to your mixed signals, then sent you a message and put the ball in your corner. Its up to you now, Tiger.

one of my older lady friends just loves "baldies" she'll go bananas. Sees them on the street while we are driving down said street and will point them out. She doesnt give a fuck either. Identify girls who are into you then work on them.

can I ask: why is your job holding you back? do you really need this job? you might consider dropping the job and taking a pay cut and maybe do low income stuff that like; relating to music perhaps as a DJ or whatever...I am curious about the job situation so just asking.

There are plenty of social groups such as Meet Up that you can join that are based on the internet, but you meet people in real life. We have ones for shy people in our area. A group dedicated to shy people. But we also have game groups, movie groups stuff like that find ones you like. There are lots of shy people in these, lots of people are just looking to make friends at these. And most groups that I have joined are very welcoming. What are you good at? Find something you are good at and meet…

one of the best tips I got was to look at the person's left ear... OK what difference does it make which ear? It doesnt really. But it makes you think as you're doing it. In other words instead of staring like a zombie at someone the idea is best stated as "focused and alert" WHich means, you are focused, but you are not a zombie, you are still able to respond to what is going on around you. Talk, jokes, music, etc. So you look at the person and which ear is the left? My left or her left? Well t…
