I know this probably gets asked around a lot, but how do I make a good impression?

I'm seeing this girl I like tomorrow, and I have no idea what to do. She's a family friend and we barely know each other; just the casual "hello" every now and then.

Do y'all have any pointers or do's/don't do's? Perhaps any tips on what I should wear or say? Thanks.
