Watch a movie. When you're sitting next to each other, just wrap your arm around her and she'll move closer and closer and suddenly she has her head on your chest and you have your hand in her hair and you're basically cuddling. And from then it's easy. Put your hand on her chin and turn her head to you and she'll know what's going on. Honestly I didn't think it was this easy but it really is.
