If your parents are strict, make up an alternate story of what you're going to do (game night, sleepover etc). Make up details in case they ask you. Make sure your friends are in on the act. The sleepover-with-parents-away works good if you sell it right, since there's no curfew, you can crash if need be and don't need to worry about parents calling.

For drinking: KNOW YOUR LIMITS. Set yourself a limit and stick to it. Space your drinks out. Most kids often drink too much and get sick. Don't let your first experience be a shitty one. People do stupid things when they're drunk. If you're a guy, you might end up making a fool of yourself in front of soberer girls you are interested in. If you're a girl, or even a guy (it happens), don't accept an open drink. The fratboy fucktards start young with the spiked drinks. If you've never done shots, do a baby shot (half with extra chaser). Slowly work yourself up to your comfort level.

Lastly, just relax and go with the flow. Don't get all strung out about whether you're doing the right thing socially. You've got a social circle. Use it. If you don't know how to do drinking games, just ask people and tell them its your first time. Follow the (good) advice on this sub if you want to hook up (I would personally just socialize your first time, but if a girl's interested, you know what to do).

My top advice would also be to limit your intake of drugs, i.e. alcohol, MJ and any other. Messing this up messes up your entire experience so take it easy. Smile, take up space and be assertive. I'm also in high school but in a european country, for the record, and after tons of different experiences, perhaps even more important than limiting your drinks is not giving a fuck and having fun. Any time you feel "Oh no, someone might not like that" or absolutely anything similar, let go and remind yourself that you are here to party and have fun.

Socialise with as many as you can. Hit up random guests, regardless of their gender, and get to know them. Take the lead every now and then. Hold up, yeah, entertaining yourself is equally important as limiting your drinks

You WILL make mistakes... You HAVE TO make mistakes... Try to follow what my over Sedditors says. Don't smoke & drink at the same time! Be a cool guy, smile, have fun with EVERYBODY. (Especially girls, the faster you learn to speak to them, the sooner you'll understand what to do.)

Ok well first of all if your going to party stay the night if you can, and if your going to drink and smoke MJ don't do them at the same time, well you can but don't be drunk and smoking because then you'll get the spins ( you'll basically just feel like shit and throw up the whole time) do them responsibly, personally I wouldn't drink but I would definitely smoke ( I hate being hung over ) and yeah just don't be a fucking idiot.
